Daniel was one of 3 agents interviewed to sell my property.

The property had to sell fast as I had purchased another home. All three agents were prepared and had their real estate packets and so on. Daniel was all facts and numbers regarding other properties in the area and did a fine job of explaining the market at that point in time and my area. He stated that if his recommendations were followed, the property would sell in two weeks. I trusted he knew his business and his numbers were on par with the research I had done. Needless to say, the property had an offer two days after going on the market and another offer on the 3rd day. Both offers were slightly more than the listed price. Escrow was listed for 30 days and went a few days over because of issues at the buyers end. Daniel followed up at every point and got the escrow closed. He handled all communications with the buyers; kept me informed at every turn; and was an excellent counsel to me, the seller.
